The Local Food Project crew sowed arugula seed about two weeks ago and we already have thick rows of little leaves sprouting. This fast-growing crop will soon be ready to harvest and deliver to the
Airlie Center kitchen for inclusion on the buffet table. We think guests will enjoy this fresh taste of spring!
